Many businesses and employers have been impacted by the coronavirus crisis. Some sectors, including travel, leisure and hospitality, have been worst effected than others in light of the pandemic and subsequent lockdown restrictions. As such, some businesses will likely be thinking about how they can better appeal to their clients and customers with a view to achieve greater success.

The article set out several reasons for this, the first being around the COVID-19 vaccinations. For example, the rollout of the coronavirus vaccine has begun in the UK with the older generations set to receive the vaccination first.
