Since working life moved to a remote setting for many in early 2020, leaders have been forced to let workers into their homes via video chat and, as a result, show their teams what their home looks like. Some have been forced into spare bedrooms with pictures of their families on their walls, or onto a kitchen counter with the remains of their morning toast still sitting on a draining board behind them.
