Digital ways of working have dominated 2020, whether organisations have wanted them to or not.
At one point this year, ONS data found that circa half of the UK workforce was carrying out their role remotely which of course meant a slew of technological tools was needed to do this.
And though many firms have decided that remote work and digital-first is here to stay, at least in part, it doesn’t mean that further implementation and transformation of digital practises isn’t needed.
In fact, with 5G being rolled out to a wider extent, analytics practise still shaky, the internet of things still in its nascent stage and conversational AI still not properly explored, there are many ways in which firms can take the next steps with tech.
