Fast-forward a few months and a large portion of employees are continuing to work from home. As a result, employers will need to ensure that remote workers can access everything from home. This includes learning and development.

When attending an in-person training session, there are things that presenters can do to make it more engaging, such as encourage discussions, use visual cues and pass around handouts. In a virtual classroom, having an engaging and varied programme is all the more important to prevent workers from switching off or moving away from their desks altogether.
