The UK is bracing itself for scorching heat, with temperatures expected to hit 30 degrees this week.
According to the Sun, Forecaster John Griffiths said: "Much of England and Wales will be dry, warm and sunny if not even locally very warm" by this afternoon.
With temparatures set to rocket, this gives rise to questions around how the people function can manage staff – particularly those who are working from home – during the heat.
Towards the end of the working week, some staff members may feel tempted to clock off early and soak up the sunshine. If HR suspect that this may be the case then what should they do?
