LGBT+ | How Microsoft is celebrating Pride Month

June 2020 marks the annual celebration of Pride Month around the world. 

This month, which celebrates the LGBT+ community and commemorates the events of the 1969 Stonewall protests, stands as a reminder that diverse groups are not only important to acknowledge and celebrate, but also to ensure that no civil rights are again violated in such a way.

As a result, many major employers such as Nike, Apple and Microsoft have been vocal about their support for these communities. The latter took time earlier this month to explain how the company addresses LGBT+ rights within its organisation and chooses to celebrate Pride.
