The current crisis surrounding the coronavirus pandemic has impacted everyone, regardless of their age, industry or seniority as more and more individuals grow concerned about the economy, as well as their own mental and physical health.
But new research shared by LinkedIn has revealed that confidence is waning most among the younger generation of Millennials, with many raising fears over their jobs, finances and career outlook.
LinkedIn’s fortnightly Workforce Confidence Index, which seeks to find out how confident the UK is feeling on a scale ranging from -100 to +100, revealed some interesting data regarding Millennials.
The latest round of data, based on responses from 3,123 professionals in the UK over April 27 to May 3 and May 4-17, puts Millennials (aged 25-39) at +13 on that scale, down from +17 two week ago.
