Even though today’s younger workers have been brought up surrounded by tech, many Millennials are unsure about what some tech terms mean.

Due to the lockdown, which has forced many employees to work from home, the reliance on tech is even more crucial for collaboration and communication on a remote basis.

As such, Specops Software conducted some research to find out just how tech savvy this generation of workers are.

The study polled 2,445 Millennials and discovered that the tech task that baffles them the most is ‘using a VPN’, with 92% claiming they can’t access one. This is closely followed by ‘enabling a firewall’ as 89% stated they don’t know how to use one.
