There has been a lot of noise regards businesses having to make tough decisions to survive during the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Whether that means furloughing staff – nearly a quarter of British employees have been put onto the UK Government’s job protection scheme in the last fortnight – or going through redundancies, both people and organisations have been impacted.
And whilst both of these decisions are taken for the short-term survival of any company, the medium-to-long-term might be impacted by focussing on issues that might not be considered core right now – such as diversity and inclusion.
