Keeping productive whilst working from home is a challenge that many employees are struggling to overcome. A quick browse on social media will make this apparent.
Since Prime Minister Boris Johnson enforced a strict UK lockdown a couple of weeks back – and urged employees to work from home where possible – many workforces have been forced to set up makeshift offices from the confines of their home.
This can be problematic because some employees won’t have a dedicated office room in the house, the correct ergonomic chairs to sit on, the right tech equipment or the same level of peace and quiet that they would normally have back at work.
As a result, concentrating on the daily grind can be extremely difficult.
