At the Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s request, many organisations have, where possible, moved to remote working arrangements to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
However, such a quick shift to create makeshift offices around the house - with laptops propped up on stockpiled loo rolls, and corporate bathroom set-ups to encourage regular handwashing - has left many employees struggling to stay focussed outside of their normal working environments.
Many workers have taken to social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn to document some of the struggles that they have incurred since they started to work remotely.
Taking to Twitter, @DA_NorthPOLE explained that working from home has been a struggle, particularly when trying to get on with normal corporate tasks with a furry friend around the house.
