Relationships in the workplace have more often than not been branded as forbidden by employers, however, this hasn’t stopped staff from engaging in a romance with their colleagues.
This rings true with statistics from Reboot Digital, who found that 45% of workers have openly admitted to dating a co-worker, while 12% stated that they have even wooed their boss, and for one worker this is certainly true.

According to the Daily Mail, a woman matched with her boss on dating app Tinder, who has since quit his job in order to pursue a relationship with her.
Alyssa Cleland met her current boyfriend Rick while they were working at the same surveying company in 2018, and later matched on Tinder. Despite agreeing to not take things further out of fears it may complicate their working relationship, the pair changed their minds and soon begun a relationship.
