In 2016, ex-Prime Minister Tony Blair’s son, Euan Blair co-founded WhiteHat – an organisation which places school leavers into apprenticeship schemes and trains them in a range of skills – with his business partner, Sophie Adelman. The firm strives to match non-graduate talent with apprenticeship opportunities at some of the UK’s biggest companies. To find out about the thought process behind creating a successful business, Executive Grapevine spoke to Blair to find out his top three tips for ultimate success in the business world.
