‘Ceaseless’ transformation means that L&D must deliver new skills to the business via new means. In part because business leaders are anxious that, in the future, they just won’t have the capabilities they need.
According to a recent PwC survey of CEOs, eight in ten are either extremely or somewhat concerned about getting access to the skills their business needs. This is up from just over 50% in 2012.
