Bob Geldof: 'Change is not inevitable but desirable'

Bob Geldof is famous world over for being lead singer of The Boomtown Rats and organizing the Live Aid ongoing music-based fundraising organisation, which was most famous for a dual-venue 1985 concert which brought together Paul McCartney, Freddie Mercury, Queen and Elton John – as well an estimated television audience of almost two billion.

Geldof is also famous for his political activism and public speaking. And, at the last European Unleash conference, he was keynote speaker – alongside other more usual HR names such as Josh Bersin and David Green.
