'Transparent' business posts EVERY employee's salary online

The gender pay gap has been a hot topic in HR over the last few years.

Gender pay reporting legislation now requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations each year to illustrate the gap between pay of male and female employees.

For many businesses, this has created a scramble to ensure they have better pay parity between genders. 

However, one US firm, although not covered by UK legislation, has been publishing pay since 2013. At Buffer, a Californian social media manager firm, all 86 workers have their salaries published online in order to, as Buffer claims, promote greater gender parity.
