Success at work can mean a number of different things to each individual worker. It could be the fact you have bagged yourself a six-figure salary, or the fact that you have implemented a new business strategy that has proved profitable for your organisation.

While this may have been true in previous years, success nowadays is being redefined, especially as newer generations such as Millennials and Generation Z join the workforce. For example, staff no longer feel the need to be loyal to their employer and often job hop in search of better opportunities to boost their career, while more employees seek out their own training and development to better themselves.
