Those seven short seconds may well define your relationship with this individual for the foreseeable future – squander them, and you’ll regret it.

In those seven short seconds, it's your job to make an impression, persuade the person that you’re confident, trustworthy, good at communicating and that whatever the relationship the two of you will have going forward, you’re a solid and dependable person.
