Burnout is something anyone can experience. From feelings of fatigue and anxiousness to experiencing a lack of motivation, no one is immune from the pressures of the workplace and their social life, which has left many individuals feeling burnt out.
Earlier this year, the World Health Organisation (WHO) also confirmed that it will recognise the growing issue of corporate burnout as a medical condition, indicating the prevalence burnout is having on society.
Well known public figures and celebrities are even starting to open up about their experiences of chronic exhaustion, overwork and burnout, reported Business Insider, to highlight the issue to demonstrate that burnout shouldn’t be a way of life.
