Mindfulness has never before been such a fundamental part within a business.
What once may have been considered an attractive work perk, now businesses are actively ensuring that they are implementing some form of wellbeing and mindfulness within their company strategies.
In 2018 a survey conducted by the National Business Group on Health and Fidelity Investments found that 35% of employers offered mindfulness classes or training, with 26% stating they ere considering adding programs in the future. This is reflected in some of the biggest companies with the likes of Google and Intel both offering meditation and mindfulness courses for their staff members.
But mindfulness doesn’t just take its form in a class or course. In fact, many CEOs have shared their tips for mindfulness and how they incorporate it into their daily routines, therefore Fast Company has outlined what CEOs are doing to ensure their leadership isn’t impacted.
