Team building has often been touted as a ‘must’ for promoting collective wellbeing, instilling office comradery and enhancing overall work-life balance.

For decades, work retreats to rural cottages to drone on endlessly about work ‘family’, team picnics, escape rooms and various other activity days have served only to tick a box that stated that the business is a ‘fun’ place to work and that they have team building ‘covered’.
