Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Why we use wellbeing passports

Employee wellbeing is a big HR preoccupation. In the US, over 80% of firms with more than 50 employees offer some form of corporate wellbeing offering – whether that’s a gym pass, free lunches or an office pet.

In the UK, according to Forbes, the number of businesses offering wellbeing packages is less, currently standing at 45%. But it is rising. Perhaps because the number of working days lost to absenteeism or presenteeism is a staggering 30 per year.
