Proudest HR moment?

The proudest moment would be getting into the Sunday Times top 100 small companies to work for; it was very exciting to see Ella’s recognised as a great employer and it made all of us incredibly proud to work here. 

But I have lots of little proudest moments over my career too, such as having 1-2-1s with individuals who are struggling, supporting them, then seeing them gradually coping and performing better. I love to see people overcoming challenges and achieving their potential.
