What exciting projects have you been working on at MADE.com?

Last year, we launched a pulse survey which allows us to measure employee engagement in real time, across ten key metrics.  It has given us valuable insight into what we are already doing really well, as a place to work and areas where we can be even better.

Off the back of this data, we have been able to launch some great new initiatives, including the roll out of a new ‘Everyday Flex’ policy, which enables staff to work more flexible hours by determining their own start and finish times.
