HR Grapevine sat down with the company’s Senior Vice President of People and Culture, Charles Bendotti, to discuss the company’s history, HR challenges and the possibilities of a smoke-free future.

Can you tell us a bit about the company, its history and its historic view of the HR process?

When you think about Philip Morris International, you likely think of one of the world’s largest tobacco companies. Today, PMI is working to create a smoke-free future – a future where adult smokers who don’t quit have access to better, smoke-free alternatives.
