Employees increasingly demand good training. According to Shiftelearning, 74% of workers believe that they don’t receive enough workplace education.

Whilst one third claim that a lack of educational resources has lead to disengagement.

Understanding this, Zoe Sinclair, Director of People Services at ArrowXL, the two-person delivery company, is part of the reason why the company developed a new training structure to, in her words, “modernise its strategy and build a new learning centre.”

The changes included standardising training, auditing what was in place and bringing training back in-house - to be managed by a dedicated team.
