Marie Kondo is on a mission to de-clutter our homes and improve our lives. Her Netflix series, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, challenges homeowners to ask which items they own ‘spark joy’ within them, and let go of objects that do not.

And while private residences all over the world have benefitted from her methods, workplaces too could be freshened up and made more efficient by those willing to follow her advice.

Becoming more productive

According to a poll from Bankers Box by Fellowes, nearly all (94%) of employees believe being more organised in the office makes them more productive, and 61% also claimed it also makes them a better worker.
