Which HR projects will you be working on this year and what do you hope to achieve with them?
My first priority for 2019 will be helping our employees adapt to our revised business model. This is evolving alongside the ever-changing retail landscape, wherein we shall be investing more in online solutions. So, it is crucial that everyone working at Decathlon is comfortable with the adjustments being made.
Employee development is also a major priority. Myself and the rest of the HR team will be providing continuous support, training and knowledge to ensure each member of staff is able to progress within their career.
