Fujitsu's D&I Lead: 'There's still an ocean of gender inequality'

This week marks 100 years since women voted for the first time.

Since then, there have been two female prime ministers and gender pay gap reporting, which has coincided with slow improvements to the gender pay disparity between men and women.

However, recent reports from the World Economic Forum have shown that true gender parity is still 108 years away – if things continue at the same rate.

This is why Sarah Kaiser, Employee Experience, Diversity and Inclusion Lead for Fujitsu EMEIA believes more needs to be done to ensure that gender equality becomes a workplace norm.
