The ITV hit series has returned to our TV screens for another year.

Viewers will be tuning in from the comfort of their warm homes while Dec and Holly sweat it out in the scorching Australian jungle.

The series – which follows an array of arguably famous “celebrities” – shadows contestants who are stranded in a remote part of an Australian jungle for around two weeks, while their fate on the show remains in the hands of fickle viewers.

This year’s campmates, which include Nick Knowles, Anne Hegerty, Harry Redknapp and Emily Atack, are tasked with challenges to earn stars for camp. These stars equate to meals in camp which prevent the gruelling horrors of their otherwise staple rice and beans diet. And, this year campmates have really put themselves through their paces to earn these rewards on behalf of their team.
