BAE Systems was recently awarded the Macro Employer of the Year Award and the Recruitment Excellence Award at the National Apprenticeship Awards ceremony.

It is an award that recognises the Company’s dedication to delivering high-quality apprenticeships.

Investing circa £90million a year in education, skills and early careers activities, Steve Fogg, Managing Director at BAE Systems explains why the firm value apprentices so highly.
