Why is applicant tracking important at IHG, and what measures have you taken to ensure any systems are firing on all cylinders?
For us, it’s all about finding great talent across as many channels as possible. Effective applicant tracking is essential to the success of our business, and we are always looking for ways to enhance our systems.
