An inclusive employer should be able to provide a safe and happy environment for all of their staff members - this includes providing support for those living with mental health issues.

According to new research commissioned by The Health Insurance Group, revealed that less than half of organisations feel that they deal with mental health issues sufficiently in the workplace. Not only does this shocking statistic toy with the mental wellbeing of employees, it is likely to have a knock-on effect company culture.
