According to a Right Management survey, 67% fear Brexit will have a negative impact on career opportunities. However, this fear could be induced by firms taking a ‘business on hold’ approach to Brexit.

Ian Symes, Executive Vice President, Europe at Right Management, explains: “Too many businesses are approaching Brexit as if it’s a cliff edge, when in reality, it’s a process that is going to be going on for many years that needs to be tackled head on.”

“They need engagement with their career. That’s the feedback that we are getting, it’s about why everything is being put on hold.”
