5 minutes with: Simon Drinkwater, HR Director at Orbis Education and Care

Simon Drinkwater recently joined Cardiff-based Orbis Education and Care as its new HR Director. The company runs 14 schools, residential homes and facilities for children and adults around Wales supporting people with complex needs associated with autism.

It currently employs around 520 people, with last year Orbis witnessing considerable growth.

On his appointment, Drinkwater was delighted to be back in the care sector, with such an ambitious organisation and leadership team.
