Employers are increasingly focused on meeting their employee’s individual needs – allowing flexi-time working hours, hot-desking, remote working and relaxed dress codes.
As such, clear front-runners for most chilled-out workplace must be Premier Travel Group, whose recent headquarters redesign took office relaxation quite a few steps further.
Moving from their long-standing head office in Cambridge, the holiday business re-imagined their workspace to include indoor palm trees, beach scenes, surfboards and a Tiki bar – Cambridge News reports.
Group Managing Director of Premier Travel Group, Susan Papworth, believes that the move will mirror a change in the organisation’s ethos: to be more fun and cutting-edge, as well as giving employees a sense of pride in the business.
