Since the Disney brothers (Walt & Roy) founded The Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio in 1923, their film production studios have consistently expanded: cementing themselves as unrivaled producers of animated movies for, pretty much, the past half-century.

Their releases are, for many of us, synonymous with feel-good childhood memories. Disney moviedom deals with complex emotions (Inside Out), growing up (Toy Story 3) and family (A Goofy Movie) - using fantasy, fairy-tale, sci-fi and monsters - in ways that kids can relate to and learn from.

Though most of the Disney filmography is aimed at children, there are lessons that today’s business and corporate leadership can take from the animated flicks.
