LinkedIn’s Head of Global Recruitment has a novel, if not bizarre, approach to interviewing candidates who walk through his door.

In an interview with Business Insider, Brendan Browne claimed that the first thing he does when the jobseeker walks in is hand them a whiteboard marker.

He then points them toward the whiteboard in the room and says: "What are you most passionate about? Using the whiteboard, explain to me the process of how it works."
