The issue of mental health in the workplace is one which is still shrouded in a veil of unnecessary taboo.

Karen Penney, Vice President and General Manager UK at American Express Global Corporate Payments, is someone with a passion for facilitating change in this area.

As Co-Sponsor of the American Express Mental Health and Wellbeing initiative, she spoke exclusively to Business Grapevine to detail what exactly spurred her on to take-up the important role.
