With the besieged Eastern Aleppo in a constant state of danger, as the ceasefire has failed to make peace - to think what civilians are going through is harrowing. Reports of residents facing weeks of bombing, chronic food and fuel shortages and a lack of medical facilities in the city means our help is needed now more than ever.
Just a few nights ago, civilians trapped in a small area of east Aleppo held by the rebels took to social media to say their final goodbyes, whilst others sent their desperate pleas for the world’s help.
