HR Grapevine Advent Calendar: Evolve Mixed Martial Arts boss spends £392,000 taking 100 staff on holiday

Chatri Sityodtong, Founder and Chairman of Evolve Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), has spent £392,000 taking 100 members of staff on an all-expenses paid five-star holiday to the Maldives after seeing 30% year-on-year growth.

Sityodtong says such trips are a “normal part of Evolve culture”. Most of his employees come from “humble backgrounds of poverty, tragedy or adversity”.

He continues: “These rewards are a small token of my heartfelt gratitude to all the phenomenal rock stars at Evolve MMA.

“Every year I take the entire team on an all-expenses paid trip to a five-star luxury resort at a surprise destination.”
