Interview the interviewer: Arianna Huffington reveals her 2 favourite candidate qualities

Arianna Huffington, Founder and ex-Editor-in-Chief of The Huffington Post, is a businesswoman who knows how to command a room.

At a recent Business Insider conference, Huffington was interviewed via Facebook Live, and asked what qualities she looks for in a new recruit.

Huffington is currently the CEO of start-up Thrive Global, and revealed that the fist attribute she wants to see in a candidate is the “confidence to speak up”.

"I love working with people who say exactly what's on their minds," she explained to Business Insider.
