Travis Perkins partners with British Military Fitness and reaps benefits of workplace fitness

Travis Perkins has partnered with one of the UK’s biggest providers of outdoor fitness classes, British Military Fitness (BMF), to deliver workplace exercise sessions.

The retailer has found that the exercise sessions are fostering greater confidence, motivation and energy levels in employees as the typical working environment reduces the opportunity to be active.
