7 ways HR can foster talent from within

Unlocking internal mobility within a changing workforce is certainly one way of beating the skills shortage.

Exacerbating this is the fact that the EU’s workforce is shrinking. The share of the population of working age is expected to decline steadily through until 2050 and people aged 65-years-old or over will account for 28.7% of the EU’s population by 2080, compared with 18.9% in 2051.
