So, what are the qualities that are sought after in bosses that inspire those below?

Research by Purple CV surveyed 1,500 adults and concluded that the top trait was the rewarding of hard work (32.3%), followed by loyalty (21.8%), and passion for what the company does (16.4%).

Other qualities that were desirable in a leader were approachability (15.3%), humility (8.4), and a natural authority (5.8%).
