Donald Trump’s onboarding process starts now.

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Andy Sumner, Managing Director UK and Ireland at Monster, told us last year that the onboarding process starts the day the role is accepted.

“Some organisations think that onboarding starts when the candidate walks through the door, but I would suggest that you need to start when the candidate has accepted the role,” he said.

He also advised: “I think it is also important to make it really personal.
