Halloween is around the corner, so be prepared for trick or treaters ringing your bell, pumpkins decaying on doorsteps, and the odd person dressed in a clown costume confronting you in your local Sainsbury’s.
Celebrating the supernatural, this years’ Halloween also marks the official start of the Great British winter, with the clocks going back on Sunday.
So, however you decide to spend your weekend, whether that’s getting spooked by the latest films or trying a spot of apple-bobbing, at least you’ll be getting an extra hour in bed…
