UKIP’s leadership frontrunner Steven Woolfe has left the leadership race by declaring the party is in a “death spiral” without former leader Nigel Farage – The Guardian reports.
The MEP’s position came into question following his recent alteration with Ukip MEP Mike Hookem in Strasbourg, which led to him being hospitalised.
