And whilst many companies choose to outsource their hiring practices, one executive believes that CEOs have a right, and an obligation, to be a part of recruiting their staff.
Aytekin Tank, Founder and CEO of online form builder JotForm, explains in an interview with CIO.com why Chief Executives should be playing a more active role in recruitment. He commented that Google’s CEO and Co-Founder Larry Page has a right to veto all hires made by his team – and hypothesises why any other CEO would do it any differently.
