Why do UK offices need a European makeover?

British offices are the coldest and ugliest in the world – according to a recent survey by Ipsos and Steelcase.

After polling 12,000 employees, the research found that almost three in 10 of those asked complained that their workspace was “impersonal”, higher than the worldwide average of just 18%.
